Are you glad we spent $600 Million on Libya?

Not thrilled about the financial expenditure, but if we can effect regime change without spilling any blood and make the money up with lucrative business contracts following the downfall of a dictator who has consistently been antagonistic towards America and her policies, then yes, I am glad.
