BAH rates when you deploy?

I'm PCS to Ft Bliss soon and will be deploying, my husband is in Maryland(he is military) If I have my daughter in Texas by myself, and recieve BAH W/dep there, when I deploy my daughter is going to go with my mother in California because my daughters father could deploy anytime also. So when I deploy will my BAH stay for Ft Bliss or changed to where my daughter is?
