I can't help but be mad at friend?

Well, I'm not quite sure if I have right to be mad at her in this situation, but I am. Okay so three weeks ago I showed her the shoes I was going to buy when I go shopping, and she ( who goes shopping literally every weekend) bought them. I told her my mom ws going to let me redo my room after halloween and I was going to make it genie-ish and based on princess jasmines room, and she redid her room like that last weekend. I told her on Wednesday I was dying my hair burgundy and she dyed it burgundy that night! I tried talking to her about and all she said was "well sorry" nothing else. What should I do?
