Im a 14 year old girl.. almost 15 I have had a headache on the top left side of my head for a week.?

It hasnt gone away once. Its all day everyday and its only in one spot. Im not gonna lie its summer and i spen every day on the computer or on my phone. A little vioce inside of me keeps saying its a tumor..IM scared it could be one from too much radiation from my computer an stuff. Should i be worried?
