Question about the CW channel. PLEASE HELP!!!?

The new series "The Vampire Diaries" is coming on the CW channel tommorrow and I was wondering if there was a way I could watch the FULL episode online on the CW website. I don't know for sure if I have the CW channel on my tv i've looked everywhere. I have Dish Network DVR. But if I could watch the FULL episode online NOT just the previews that be great. So a website I could watch the episodes at or the tv channel for Dish Network DVR for the CW would be GREAT!!
