TOilet flush problems?

guyz therez a prob in my toilet. the prob is 2 days before my flush was not workin so i waited a night and for test added a tissue to it and flushed so the tissue went somewere nd got stuck nd now is not flushinf tottaly i tryed many ways like addin sulphuric acid nd drainers. but no result PLZ HELP
