I have a question, about me having Pneumonia and Swine Flu?

So I've been sick for about a week now, and a few days ago I was Diagnosed with Swine flu. Well then I realized I was coughing up blood and so my Mom took me to the ER and they diagnosed me with Pneumonia in my left lung. They gave me a weeks worth of antibiotics, plus five other pills of antibiotics and after a while I realized I'm getting short of breath. I feel like somebody is pushing on my chest and I can't get a good nights sleep because I can't catch my breath at night. Is there anything I can do to help this? How long is it going to last? I'm only 16 years old and I've been active and healthy my whole life. I don't want to end up dead because of it. I'm so scared.. please help?
