Kelly's Tour?

How come Kelly Clarkson cancelled her tour?See I was going to go to celebrate my B-day.But then my freind told me that it was cancelled.I was really disappionted.It was mostly because the first concert in the OC was on my B-day and I was going.But now its the other way around.All I want to now is why?
